2023 Dazzles of Light - Chardonnay (60%); Sauvignon blanc (31%); Melon de Bourgogne (9%). PH 3.47, TA 5.9 g/l, 12.32% ABV. Mango, lime, and a little clean grass and fresh thyme, chalk, creamy lemon curd, white peach, honeycomb, and a little leesy brioche. It is really delicious. Grapes were direct pressed and settled 24 hours then racked off lees into neutral French oak barrels for spontaneous primary and malolactic fermentation. Filtered and cold stabilized. The only addition was a total SO2 addition of 40ppm. Retail $27 per bottle.

2022 Infinite Air Castles - 58% Gamay & 42% Dolcetto - PH 3.49, TA 6.4 g/l, 13% ABV.  Rosy floral and juicy with blueberries and boysenberry, grilled plums, cracked pepper, dark berries, obsidian minerals, petrichor, and summer forest. Bright juicy acid, a plush and velvety mid palate, and a long firm structure. 20% whole cluster, spontaneous fermentation, elevage in neutral 500 L puncheons for 11 months. 44ppm total SO2. Retail $33 per bottle.

2022 Johan Vineyard Pinot Noir - Pommard, 828, 667, 777 clones. PH 3.62, 5.6 TA, 13% ABV. Van Duzer Corridor AVA, planted in 2002, certified Biodynamic. A deep core of red fruit; raspberry, cranberry, blood orange, pomegranate, with Oregon evergreen forest, black tea, dried thyme, Christmas spice. Moderate tannins and a long finish. 30% whole cluster, spontaneous fermentation, gentle punch downs. Elevage in a mix of barrique and puncheon, French oak, 15% new, for 23 months. Retail $46 per bottle.
