When life hands you lemons, you make Lemonade. 2020 has been a year that has challenged all of us. We had particular challenges in the winemaking community this year, which required a pivot and a change of course that resulted in this lovely pink Pinot noir. Bright and floral with nuances of strawberry, grapefruit and candied cherry blossom.
This 34% Malbec, 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Tannat blend from the Applegate Valley drinks more like it's from Provence. It showcases notes of strawberry, rose, wet stone, yellow cherry, yellow plum, all with a creamy panna cotta overture and floral sensibility.
