2023 Aurora Vineyard Arneis

Sourced from the beautiful site of Aurora Vineyard in the Chahelem Mountains, planted in 1991.PH 3.44, TA 5.0 g/l, 13.5% ABV. Exotic ginger, jasmine, pear, quince, almond blossom. Silky and supple, balanced with tension and minerality. Grapes were direct pressed and settled, then racked to our largest puncheon, a neutral French oak 700 L. Spontaneous complete primary and malo fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.
