"Aromas of lemon curd, sea salt, bay laurel, fresh pine and yuzu with warm undertones of baked lemons and spiced apple galette. The palate is rich, with the same pleasing mix of baked fruit, citrus and forest notes. The acidity is integrated, with an oily and chalky texture. Quite compelling, with a lot of spices at the end.
