2022 Aurora Vineyard Dolcetto

PH 3.52, TA 6.8, 14% ABV.  Planted by the Ponzi family in Chehalem Mountains in 1991 (sustainable). Deep black cherries, black figs, dried raspberry, blueberries, cured meats (finocchiona, duck prosciutto), roast lamb in a chimichurri of mint, oregano, lemon peel. A little tar in the finish.
