2021 Tears of Vulcan

Back from the fiery depths! Our 2021 Tears of Vulcan continues our tradition of bright, floral, citrusy, textural, skin contact orange wine. Made of 49% Viognier, 43% Pinot gris and 8% Muscat from two organic vineyards in the Chehalem Mtns AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was on its skins for all of primary fermentation; 23 days. Then it was pressed and went through elevage in in 90% neutral French oak, 5% new French oak, and 5% new Acacia.
