2021 Mimi Loves Boppa

An exotic little number, this wine is completely dry but with deep floral and fruity characteristics. A hint of ginger spice, a lot of stone fruit, and some very pretty flowers all show up. This very limited bottling is in honor of my parents 46th anniversary, and is a great fall and winter wine to accompany poultry and light meats, or to act as an aperitif to holiday celebrations.
