Rogue Valley AVA
This wine was designed to be pop and pour ready at a young age. One of my distributors asked that I make them a chillable and fresh red wine for kegs and I thought a semi-carbonic macerated Dolcetto would be just the thing. I didn't anticipate that Covid-19 would eliminate the need for keg wines, however, so with a quick pivot instead of kegging it up I put it into bottle.
Juicy, crunchy and fresh - this is a very drinkable fun wine and has the backbone and umph to pair with a wide variety of food.
