  What better way to beat the winter chill than with some ooey- gooey, melt-in-your-mouth raclette?  Our good friend Steve Jones, owner of Portland's Cheese Bar and Chizu, loaned us his ornate vintage raclette machine and loaded us up with a wheel of France's beloved melty cheese.  Naturally we will be pouring all the wines included in your winter shipment, not to mention first access to our fresh-off-the-bottling line 2018 Babycheeks Rosé and 2018 Mamacita Pét-nat.  As always, you are welcome…
